2. Cancellation Before Work Starts

If a client requests cancellation before the work has started:

  • Transaction charges (if any) may be deducted

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.


3. No Refund After Work Has Started

Once the project or service work has started:

  • No refunds will be provided
  • This includes research, setup, planning, or execution stages

This policy applies even if the project is paused or discontinued by the client.


4. Partial Work & Milestone Payments

For services delivered in phases or milestones:

  • Payments made for completed work are non-refundable
  • Remaining services may be canceled by mutual agreement

5. Monthly / Recurring Services

For monthly or recurring services:

  • Clients may cancel future services with prior notice
  • Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable

6. No Guarantee Disclaimer

DSM Afjal does not guarantee specific results such as:

  • Search engine rankings
  • Website traffic
  • Leads, sales, or revenue

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction related to results influenced by external factors.


7. Client Responsibility

Refunds will not be issued if issues arise due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client
  • Delays in approvals or responses
  • Violation of third-party platform policies

8. Exceptional Cases

In rare and exceptional circumstances, DSM Afjal may consider a refund at its sole discretion.
Such decisions will be final and binding.
